This is an exact replacement for my Kenmore Elite Fridge

Installation is very simple, just pull out the fridge and remove the cardboard cover on the back. Remove the two screws that hold the valve in place, cut the old plastic hoses at the old valve's fitting and insert them into the new one. Remove old electrical connections and connect to new ones. Replace the cardboard, put the fridge back. Did.
