This product is not accompanied by written installation instructions. All that's in the box is a caterpillar head wrapped in clear plastic. There are also no instructions on the outside of the box, so be careful, installing in the wrong direction can damage the electrical pins. I bought 4 track heads so my first one was basically a test ride. After it broke, and on closer inspection, I noticed that there is an arrow on the plastic, but it's the same color as the rest and easy to miss. If there were written instructions, the problems of contacting the manufacturer for parts they don't sell separately could be avoided. I am pleased to report that Revane stepped in and replaced the entire track head.
