I am a 51 year old male and my work on the site involves a lot of manual work. Whether due to age or the cold, my wrists began to hurt. These bracelets have reduced the pain in my wrist by minimizing its movement. They are strong, sturdy and work as advertised. Unfortunately, they itch on my skin. I've tried tightening and rearranging them several times, but the result is the same. I have to send them back.
