Sturdy and reliable in the kitchen and dining room

I've been using it for about 6 months, making about 3 pots of tea a day and it's still going strong. I've hit it with glasses, thrown it in the sink, and washed it in the dishwasher many times without chipping or scratching. Reviewers who say it broke quickly are most likely pouring hot water into a cold pitcher.
