Review on Merrick Grain-Free Canned Wet Dog Food (Case of 12) - All Breed Sizes by Christina Johnson

I have used Merrick exclusively for many years. Our dogs particularly enjoyed the wingaling. Then bad glasses began to come to us, both in color and smell. I contacted Merrick. They said they knew and were confident the product was good and safe. He suggested trying other flavors. A month later no change. I called again. Again they said they were aware and fixed it, and blah blah quality control. I can gather from the reviews that this has been a constant quality issue for many months and this time is certainly long enough for the issue to be identified and resolved. This is a premium brand with a premium price and I expect more. We may (or may not) continue to buy dry, raw, infused, but we will move away from canned. UPDATE: So I'm buying Wingaling again after a long break. The product returned to its original quality but now the poor quality problem has returned for the last 2 times. :>(
