Turn up the volume of the video so you can hear the alu ring! Unlike others, this kit is NOT made of plastic except for the finger strip. I've read several reviews of the plastic mandrels being broken and the rings being stretched. Constructed from aluminum, this mandrel is strong yet light enough to be easy to handle. It comes in warm packaging so it won't be scratched but will be in like-new condition when it arrives. It has a little pad on the bottom (to keep the machined edge from scratching I assume?) and one of the main things seems to be the size of the included rings (US). Size 6 in the line) which also appear true to size, and of course the '4' that accompanies the polishing clothes is a nice bonus. victory, victory! I am happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this product
