The money was returned without problems. When asked what to do next, the employees advised me to buy a new column, but with a different release date, they say, perhaps the problem has been identified and already fixed. I did not think that this problem was so widespread, I ventured to buy more. This time I even bought two, due to the fact that there was a promotion for these speakers. And what was my surprise when one of the speakers on the second morning also did not charge. As a result, again the service center, a long wait, again an act and a refund this time waited two months. How can you sell such low-quality slag? Even a year later, nothing has changed in this model. I still have a few cheap Chinese speakers in my arsenal, but even cheap Chinese do not allow themselves this quality and have been working for two years. When asked what to do with the second column to the employees, since its autonomy is also in doubt, but I don’t want to hand it over, I was offered to replace the battery for a fee with a different type, with a lithium-ion 18650, this will almost double capacity, well, the quality of the batteries, according to them, is better. The cost of this process as half of the column 6000r. Why this is not done under warranty is not clear.
