I get seasonal eczema on my hands in winter. I am also getting very dry hands this summer from working at the diner and health center where you have to wash your hands at every opportunity which really dries out the skin. My hands were worse than I've ever seen them. My fingers were scaly, bumpy and broke. So I bought it based on the great reviews and I'm glad I did! Calms immediately and the result is immediately visible! I will get this so my mom also works in healthcare and struggles with eczema.
