This thing is amazing. I have cracked, sore skin on my arm and this is the only cream I've found that doesn't sting when applied. Small things have a big impact. It is thick, but absorbs quickly. My only complaint is that I can't buy in bulk. I hate the waste of having to buy a few small bottles.

Not a miracle cream, but quite good. I have really thin skin, daily cleansing and living in a colder area means my hands are consistently dry no matter what medicated/OTC/homemade creams I try and try. Seems to be helping my scaly fingers a bit. But every time I use it, the backs of my fingers start to sweat profusely and I can't stop it. I spent almost $30 on this lotion. It relieves itchy hands, but it made me sick. I am allergic to potassium sorbate. It is found in many processed foods. I never thought to look for it in lotion. I have very bad stomach problems and sometimes faint from taking potassium sorbate. I think I still absorb it through my skin. This is not normal sensitivity. Now I know I have to check everything. By the way, citric acid acts as a preservative without any side effects.
