I recently purchased all weather floor mats for my red outline car. This led me to the decision that I needed to upgrade my other accessories to red and black (plus the old ones were badly worn). I really like this bin, but the magnetic closure is completely useless. The magnets are definitely not strong enough. Instead I added some velcro to keep it closed and it works great. I placed it on the "bulge" part of the floor in the back seat and routed the strap around the center console in the front seat. Being well supported on three sides, it holds its shape very well. And everyone in the car can access it. What may not be clear from looking at the photos is that the hot tub you put the trash on is made of lightweight foam. Let's see if they keep their shape over time. But now it works very well, and it's not difficult to enforce it to bring in the trash. In general I am satisfied with the purchase.
