This is a fairly simple product, a raised canopy pet bed. We tried different models from different manufacturers and this one was the winner. It's not that the base product is the best, all products seem to be pretty much on par. But this company does provide spare parts so you can order a replacement if the weather turns bad. We had a broken light on another manufacturer's product and they don't even respond to requests for parts. K&H seems to be right here on Revain. This helps extend the life and overall value of the product. Plus, our 2 Havanese love the beds and appreciate the shade from the sun!
