Stumbled upon the shoe by accident while looking for a pair of "cool" shoes for my son. Wide feet and high spans are not a problem. I regularly buy them when they are on sale (20-30). In the meantime, I also have them for working: walking and standing is no problem thanks to the "soft foam sole". Quiet in the rain I can not confirm. A good alternative to Sketchers, because the shoe is simply "firmer" and better made, but the Sketchers memory sole is a bit more comfortable.
