A must-have for pregnant women and for everyone! I am 5 months pregnant and this pillow has allowed me to sleep comfortably for the first time in a long time. It's not too thick, not too thin. If you want a really thick and firm version of this pillow, check out leachco's back and stomach pillow. This pillow gave me perfect support without being too hard. The pillowcase it comes in isn't very soft (but not bad) so I replaced it with one I bought from Leachco (made of jersey) and it fit. I also washed the original sleeve and it became softer. I highly recommend this pillow. Anything harder would give me neck pain in the morning. Update: I've been using this pillow for quite some time and it's holding up great. She has not lost her form and has not deteriorated. This is one of five U-shaped maternity/body pillows I've purchased and is still my absolute favorite. As I said, all the others that I have bought are too hard and give me neck pain in the morning.
