Bought this for my father who has shoulder pain. He was very excited to try it. It brought instant relief, warming and relaxing tight muscles in the shoulders and neck. Here's a WARNING; However, on the first night he decided to go into town with all of that on one side of his body. The next morning he said he couldn't sleep because he was in pain. Of course, too much of everything at once is not good. I giggled and thought this little device could beat up an old man. He's fine and now he knows not to overdo it. He only uses it a few times a week for up to 15 minutes at a time. I would recommend it. Good powerful massager. Just use it wisely.
