The oven did everything it was supposed to do. They cook well and keep you cool. A day later the lower heating element in the corner broke. Sent it back for a replacement. When a furnace uses quartz or halogen lighting for heating, they tend to crack. Not good, they should have used traditional serpentine heating. Yes, preheating takes a minute or two longer, but their reliability is much better. When I got a replacement and you put the crumb tray in the oven, the crumb tray didn't go all the way in, and when you closed the oven door, the bottom of the door rubbed on the crumb tray and lifted the back of the tray a bit. Sent it back and asked for a refund. One thing the manufacturer doesn't tell you or show you a picture of is that there is an exhaust fan on the right side of the oven. This exhaust fan activates and blows out warm air, leaving the outside of the stove feeling cool. The fan is not noisy and does its job. However, if you have an enclosed cabinet or space to place this oven, make sure there is enough room for the warm air to escape. The instruction manual that comes with it is terrible and you have the option to download the full instruction manual from their website. I don't understand why they let the client go through that. The complete instruction manual is much better than the one in the box. What pissed me off was there was a tear in my manual and a dead center scratch on the baking sheet like someone had used it before. Sent back for a refund.
