It took me a few tries to find the right size but I finally got it. If you're 5ft 4in, fit 29-30 and weigh around 160-170 pounds, choose Large. This fabric is similar to swimwear fabric. It is elastic and silky. It's not cotton. I prefer this type of fabric because it feels nice and smooth (doesn't wrinkle). I plan to wear them with jeans, shorts or joggers.
