These pants look great on my son, a looser skinny fit for him. The length was perfect for my average height 8 year old and the black color looks like real black. The material is thick enough to feel like it can handle a little boy's adventures. I wouldn't call them "disappointed" though. The only complaint about the fixed knob. It's good that these pants have an elastic waistband, because it's almost impossible to open them! That detail aside, I think these are good jeans.
