Nice dividers for my opinion
I love that there are so many spaces to hold earrings. It is bigger than I anticipated ( maybe 12 X 12 approximately) so no, it would not work for travel. Also would not hold large necklaces, but it was earring storage I was looking for and its perfect for that.
