This coat is about what you would expect for the price. It is made of waterproof plastic but has no more layers. It's not windproof and the plastic is a bit noisy. But if you're looking for a cheap waterproof jacket that'll just help you get through a short trip in light rain, this is great. The size is a bit small. I think the sleeves should be a little shorter. I'm 5ft 4" and 110lbs and he looks very small on my arms and a little big on the torso and waist. Overall this is a decent raincoat for the price and packs very easily. Just don't expect more than what it is.
