Review on Trellis DCIM by Chris Russell
Great option - but learning curve and complicated
The ability for users with different levels (ease) access is very useful when you have multiple people working together within your organization using this software; however I do not like that there are many features which can be confusing at first glance! It would also help if they had more training available upon purchase so we could get up speed faster without having someone explain every step along the way. This program has been great because our team works well as one unit throughout all departments including finance/accounting department etc..
Pros
- Very easy to use tool, user friendly interface where it makes sense what needs doing next instead going through several screens trying figure out how things connect / relate or function i find other programs much less logical in its flow chart layout making learning new processes complicated & time consuming
