Now I understand why they are sold in packs of 12
The title makes it clear why you are buying that 12 pack. Some of them don't work right out of the package. The product has served its purpose for me. I wanted to add some flair to my jeep for a Christmas parade I was attending and on my particular setup I have 2 valve stems per rim. I needed 8 capsules in total, I ordered these 12 packs and was glad I did after 4 didn't turn on right out of the pack. They are very poorly designed and cheaply built, but they did it in one night, which I think isn't bad for $12.
