I like the variety of colors and the price. I like that the markers stay nice and wet. Because they are "metallic," colors like blue have a metallic tint in addition to blue; it becomes a bit of a dusty blue. I love this metallic edge in colors. I like all the colors, although the white takes a while to dry. I had to choose, I don't like pink the most as it's a really weird color, like light burgundy or tan pink. It's great if you're not expecting traditional pink to be used in a lot of different ways, and it really does belong to the red family. I wish they added more white pigment to make it pink. There isn't much choice of line widths, but with care and a very light hand you can get a thin line. I would definitely buy them with a thinner tip. They seem to take a long time to set when you're painting on something that can be handled (I've drawn the hat on a plastic toy man or on a plastic kid's binder), and especially when you're trying to layer colors and I'm drawing them on I'm sure it will fit nicely on plastic. I really hoped this would be the equivalent of an oil or enamel marker, which ultimately serves the dual purpose of drawing on both dark paper and Kindness Rocks creations. I probably don't think the latter. But I haven't tried the sealant yet (spray or mod-podge) to see if it bleeds - I mean an open issue for this product. In any case, it is excellent for dark paper. Colors blend when you paint on top of each other while still wet, and I've found that I have to be very careful about adding color from the top and not getting it on the other tip of the marker. , or to keep the colors from mixing. But the pen is easy to clean, just by drawing lines on a piece of waste paper, even the white tip stays clean. I like the effect of invisible ink coming off a white pen, although it's a little hard to guess where you left it. Highlight, and when you've removed the pigment, by moving it to fill in the area. Just trust the pen! Works much more reliably than, for example, the chalk markers that we often use in the household, but are not nearly as permanent as paint markers. Sometimes they seem permanent on the plastic, sometimes not so much, and they scratch or rub off fairly easily after it's all dried. At the moment it is still in the trial and error phase. However, it can feature prominently in our arts and crafts ideas in our home with two young children. I like them odorless and non-toxic. They wash off our hands very easily.
