This is saline only, NOT a universal solution or disinfectant. It is only used for rinsing lenses, rinsing equipment, storing lenses, or rinsing/rinsing eyes. It doesn't clean lenses the way sanitizers or multipurpose solutions do, and it shouldn't. You must purchase these other products separately. But as a saline solution, it's great. I'm allergic, can't use all-purpose solution as it doesn't clean well enough compared to separate sanitizers (which can't be used for rinsing or storing) and so I have to buy separate saline solution and separate sanitizer. I highly recommend this saline solution.
