I like that it's easy enough in use, but has all of my business needs covered without being too complicated or expensive! There are so many options you can make choices between depending upon your budget/needs as well how much time one wants spent managing this software vs using other tools more often than not they have better features at less cost (like social media). It takes some getting used to if someone does't know what exactly each feature means though there really isn’t any jargon involved here which makes things easier when explaining them within our team - however we do need training sometimes from outside sources who may be new themselves since most people already understand digital communication concepts anyways even before knowing about these types programs / platforms out side advertising methods etc.. The benefits include having an overall platform where multiple departments interact together seamlessly while also allowing us access via mobile devices.
