In the meantime, even if we take into account that the warranty for the gamepad, according to information from the Microsoft website, is limited and is only 7 months, the seller clearly sold me a previously activated gamepad and may have already been previously used and possibly even restored, although at the same time in the product card was stated to be new. Extremely embarrassing.
