If you can imagine that you will ever need support for a Linksys product, I recommend you to buy another brand because they don't even claim to offer it. The support phone number they provide goes to an auto attendant who directs you to their support site. The site offers a phone number and live chat, both of which direct you back to the site. After searching the internet I finally found a phone number that someone answered. I patiently jumped through the usual hurdles in their support scenario and my issue was escalated to their west coast engineering team. It sounded great! They even emailed me for a week promising to call me back. Then they closed the case. I called back and they resumed the case. I call back every 2 weeks to remind her I haven't forgotten her. That was my only contact with them in the last 3 months. I'm still kicking myself for foolishly letting myself be lulled into a reset period on this junk router that needs to be rebooted 3-4 times a week. Works great between reboots. and to their credit, it loads very quickly. Sorry I have to go down to the basement to reset my router so I can post this. Updated 10/16/2017. Finally, I got a call from a Belkin/Linksys engineer who seemed genuinely interested in solving my problem. The second replacement didn't solve the problem and they agreed to refund my money. I'm increasing my rating to 2 stars in recognition of their efforts, but I can't recommend this product due to serious issues with the firmware.
