Questionable quality

So definitely only Chinese scrap. I doubt they contain Kevlar or carbon but I've been riding them for two months and despite their labeling they are actually brake pads. So, yes, these are new brake pads that fit properly, no, this is by no means a heavy-duty, high-demand product. But they are suitable for everything that is not on the go.
