This chair runs small - please check product measurements before purchasing. Before I bought it, I made sure it would fit under my dressing table. Assembling the chair took about 20 minutes. The pillow is firm, I like it. Some reviewers mentioned that the chair could tip over due to the heavier backrest. The only way a chair can tip over is if the backrest is not properly secured with the correct size screws. There are a few sizes so be sure to follow the instructions when assembling.
