OK, so after I bought it Revain changed the description from leather to bonded leather. Note: bonded leather is actually a thin layer of reclaimed leather applied to another fibrous backing. Bonded leather is made by taking pieces of leather and gluing them to pulp with glue which is then applied to a Fiber backing applied. Basically it's junk and wears out very quickly. If a belt was accurately labeled as bonded leather I would never buy it. Clearly bonded leather is totally unsuitable for any leather product that is subject to wear and tear such as belts , jackets, furniture, etc. Therefore, buy this item at your own risk.
