Small problem if you have a protective cover on Surface Pro 7

First I had a small problem, the device was not working and then I found that my Surface Pro cover was preventing it from fully penetrating I have took off the cover and after that there were no more problems. So I don't use a pretty case because it's too heavy (how much I use it) to take it out of the case every time.
