Best petticoat you can buy
This is the best tulle petticoat you can find. The waist is smooth so your dress doesn't look lumpy or bulky. The tiers of tulle don't start until about 12 inches from the waist. It has the perfect amount of "fluff". I love it so much I bought it in both colors. I only wish I'd found these first, I have 2 others I never use now. This is great!
