i was excited to receive this insulated mug, but I was sorely disappointed with its poor quality .Through trial and error, I found that the insulation doesn't keep my coffee hot for more than an hour - not ideal for my busy mornings at work in the industrial and scientific field. While it is resistant to breakage, the exterior scratches easily and looks worn after just a few uses. Overall, I would not recommend this product for those seeking a reliable, long-lasting insulated mug..
