The balls don't sit as nicely in the bowl as in the picture but overall the product is quite nice and worth the price. The range of darkness and light is great, and while they don't seem to heat up perfectly evenly, the beads are quite nice and warm, but not overly hot. The texture certainly isn't very good and there's a mark on the side of my bowl that looks like it's been hit, but when I first saw this product on a professional massage site it was $70, so it was I am very satisfied with the product for the price.
