Additionally, the customer service is poor, with long wait times and unhelpful support employees. The goods are scratched and dented upon arrival, and the shipping time is much longer than anticipated. In conclusion, shopping for portable speakers or docks at Divoom's web store is a huge letdown. Their goods have mediocre audio quality and a shaky Bluetooth connection, and they come with a muddled user interface and poor support. If you care about sound clarity, you shouldn't use Divoom.
