Review on Polycom Desktop Business Phone Supply by Sandra Edwards

The description is completely wrong as another reviewer claims. Mine didn't have an AC adapter and I also contacted the company and they told me straight away that it didn't have an AC adapter. I told them that the title directly says "with power supply" and they were basically calling me a liar. It's definitely puzzling to me that the seller replied "yes" in April when I bought it in December when asked if an AC adapter was included and it wasn't. and another reviewer said in March that wasn't the case. I ended up having to buy my own power supply (Polycom Power Supply 2200-48872-001 for VVX 150/250/350/450) from another vendor (Discover Savings) for $23, so two weeks after ordering this phone up to the possibility of using it. I would generally stay away from these people as the product description is misleading and they do not acknowledge this fact or offer to fix it.
