I have a fence around my pool and like to light up the pool at night for summer parties. I used to have similar bulbs but they were damaged so I replaced them with these. The bulbs are ok - they have a sort of white light, not a more natural yellow. They work normally, but sometimes - and not at all stable, they do not run all night. They shine in deep twilight and work until 3 a.m. Well, before you think it might be because of how much charge the solar panels collect during the day, my weather here in the Sierra Foothills is practically cloudless in the summer. On the few nights I noticed the light wasn't on all night, the weather the night before was great - the sun shone all day. These lights are brand new, and if they don't stay on all night, who knows what they'll do when it's cloudy in the fall and winter?
