I am not a medical professional so do not take my recommendation as relevant medical advice but as someone who has dealt with cervical issues for most of my 38 years of life this pillow is accurate the right great. . I have virtually no curvature in my cervical spine and I really have to work constantly to create it. This pillow is perfect for that! It's like an oversized pool noodle that fits perfectly in the crook of your neck, allowing you to stretch the front of your neck a bit and leaving just enough room to add some shape to that crook of your neck. I didn't use the suction cups because I like to easily adjust them throughout the tub and don't find them necessary, but they seem to stick well once I've tried them. My tub doesn't have enough space between the tub rim and the wall so this worked better than most others I've tried. It's also short enough that I can raise my arms above my head and stick my chest out. The long side twist also helps open up all those forward rotating muscles from everyday life. I consider this part of my neck therapy routine and not a spa pillow, but I see no reason why you couldn't.
