It's very user friendly as it allows you to easily keep track of your staff members' schedules without having them sign up for their own accounts or have separate apps that they must download separately from our main app.
There are some features I wish we could use but this can be attributed to not being able to customize things too much in order to fit what works best with us (we're small). We've been using OnTime since before my time here at work so haven't had any issues yet! The only thing about On-TIME right now is how easy it makes scheduling new appointments/schedules because if someone doesn't put something down correctly then there isn't really anything else one would do other than send out another email requesting clarification. This has helped make sure everyone gets scheduled properly which helps avoid confusion later when trying to find people who need certain services.
