A clip arrived broken. I wanted to return or ask for a refund, but that meant collecting all the clips and driving across town to a UPS mailbox. It was too much trouble. The packaging needs improvement. They were mailed in a very light padded envelope. I'm surprised it didn't break again. The colors are more subdued in reality than in the photo. Black, dark brown and gray (blue clip in the photo) are almost indistinguishable from each other. They don't appear to be particularly durable, but that's to be expected for the price. The plastic is matte and feels slightly rubbery. Nice. They stay in my hair all night.
