Completely surprised! Never thought it could help!
I honestly didn't think it would help, but I thought "why not"? I have severe back problems that leave me in debilitating pain. Seconds after I sat back, my back started cracking. It doesn't take away all pain, but it definitely improves it. I highly recommend it.
