Review on SambaSaaS by Louis Asok
A very user friendly and robust crm system
I like that it's easy to use, has great reporting capabilities for KPIs (key performance indicators) as well custom analytics modules are also included in this tool which makes my job easier! The UI of sambasa could be better but i guess they're working hard at improving their product so keep an eye out there will surely get even more awesome soon enough!! Great customer service from them too with quick responses when you have questions or issues regarding your account/sales process etc., we've been using our CRM solution called SalsaCRMs together since 2013 now almost 4 years ago & still going strong today without any problems whatsoever. We used other platforms before such Salesforce1 Platform by SFDC was not available back then hence no comparison here :).

- Easy interface both mobile devices tablets + desktop computers alike.Great flexibility within all features provided especially those related directly towards management aspects..Ability store everything under one roof including social media data plus much many others just about anything needed pertaining sales processes..Excellent support team providing fast answers whenever encountered challenges along side resolving most difficulties promptly via emailing solutions / phone call requests
