Goes well with black light

I tied them to hoops and hung them from the ceiling. Turned out the lights and turned on the black lights and they glowed. Looks good for vbs.

Pros

Easy to Use - Just like ordinary crepe paper, you can roll the crepe paper, stick it on the ceiling or wall, or even place it in the corner as you like, which can enhance the party atmosphere.
