I love these things. I add them to any device that uses an Apple USB or charging port (USB C, mini, micro ports are available, as well as for Apple devices). There is no longer a need to fill every socket on the surge protection strip with a different charger and thus an endless mess of cables all over the floor and counters. You only need one or two magnetic cables to charge, and each device can use the same cables. As long as the amperage and voltage on the charging pads are safe for your device (check the charging specs on your devices) and you are ready, whichever charging pad the USB-A end of the charging cable is connected to.* they will work with all (cellphones, game controllers, bluetooth speakers, bluetooth headphones, backup batteries, etc.). I've found that with the latest Samsung and Apple phones that require a high capacity charging block to charge as quickly as possible, there is a distinct bottleneck in either the cables themselves or the magnetic connector that slows down the charging time by about 20% -30% compared to using the new charger and cable that came with the phone. CONS: The only negative thing about this system. BRIGHT Blue light at the end of the cable. This makes it easy to see the end of the charge you need day or night, but it's BRIGHT. This creates a lot of extra light in a dark room when you're trying to sleep, which isn't ideal. I would prefer and would very much appreciate if manufacturers and retailers offered the red light variant in the same cables. I would definitely buy them soon.
