I am in good shape, 5'4" tall and 145 lbs. This set fits well thanks to the adjustable straps. Fast delivery and great value for money. Would order again .The strap attached to the cuffs snapped, but that's due to the material holding them together.Never mind, in that case you can improvise with metal clasps.
