When I found this little car I thought I hit the jackpot! My baby, my love, my old car that I've had for years has problems, but I wanted to be able to sew during quarantine and my local SM shop is closed! So I was scouring through cheap machines here on Amazon and was very excited about this one as it has different stitch options and is under $100 but I was over the moon When I finally started sewing I couldn't be more disappointed.Oddly, a small patch came with pattern stitches that were perfect. Here are the problems in a handy bulleted list: - Uneven stitches (various lengths) - Skipped stitches Zigzag stitching - Tension issues , even with preset settings - needle position on the left, you cannot sew from the center, although you can - Very slow sewing o - doesn't pull through the limit SO - I wouldn't recommend this machine, especially for a beginner. Look in the $100-$150 range, trust me. There's no need to worry yourself that much, and when you're just learning, you don't want to rely on a machine fighting you every step of the way.
