Update: I bought two more of these. One for each granddaughter. When I received the first one, I believed I had received a returned one. It was not packaged correctly and it was threaded and had a sewn fabric strip un set the presser foot. Thought it was used and returned. What I realized is they all come this way. I really liked my little sewing machine. It was very easy to learn how to use. For someone who doesn't have any experience with sewing machines, this machine made it easy to learn.It worked so well and I was able to make many masks.However, I started having issues with the bottom not catching and after trying to troubleshoot I wasn't able to fix the issue. Maybe for someone more experienced it would have been an easy fix. Besides that I would recommend this machine.

I bought this as I already did a lot of hand sewing and wanted to try machine sewing. I wanted a trial before buying a nice machine so this little one was perfect.Easy to use. Just know the motor is weak and has a hard time going through tightly-woven fabric or more than two layers of fabric.Great sewing machine.

It's true when they say big things come in small packages! this is so small it can fit into my backpack to take to school! I am a fashion design student at Parsons NYC. The padel and the hand switch takes a while to get used to. The machine only holds small spools of thread which is a bit annoying. Otherwise, it is really strong! and can stich through 2 layers of haraform!

Like the title says. While using this item (properly, I read the instructions before using it, as I was new to sewing). While practicing with a piece of trash cloth I had, testing out the different settings, it jammed while using the number 9 setting (like a zig-zag) it jammed. The cloth wasn't thick, it was a single-layer rag, and I hadn't tried to open anything up on the machine, so everything was factory setting.
