The ability to easily create incident reports that can be used for forensics or other purposes in an automated manner as well with manual reporting through their ticketing system makes this product very useful! I have been able to use them several times without any issues during my tenure at work (3 years). They are always willing t help you out when something goes wrong but they also give clear instructions if there isn't enough documentation online about how things should go down so it doesn’t happen again once we understand what was happening/what went awry from your end. This has really helped us improve overall quality of IT operations which helps drive business value while mitigating risk across all areas such data loss prevention etc.. Nothing specific - just good customer support generally speaking over email via multiple channels including tickets & slack channel.
