Review on iHome iP23GVC Dual Alarm iPhone/iPod Gunmetal: Sleek and Functional Alarm Dock by Darrin Lucas

Good price so I was hoping it would be good for charging my iPod Classic which keeps my laptop shut down and listening to music in my bedroom. I had my doubts about the blue light window; One of the reasons I threw away my old one was that even on the lowest settings it was too bright. It seems to have a light setting so I was fine with that. Charging was quick. There are no problems. I would describe the sound quality as only good - actually not that good. But the reason I brought it back is because it just isn't loud enough. Even at maximum volume, a regular MP3 purchased from iTunes is unlikely to fill a room with sound. And if you're like me and have a lot of lectures, radio shows, or not the highest quality MP3s, then forget it. I also sleep with earplugs on and I can easily say that I can sleep right through my alarm clock. If you hold it right up to your head and are a light sleeper, this might work for you.
