Easy to apply IF you measure, cut, work in batches and peel back the backing as you go. It's essentially contact paper, but a little thinner, and I was able to complete my two-wall project in about 2 hours (once I hit the groove). I also made sure to take my time and have another pair of hands to help level and smooth the paper. My walls are lightly textured, but this was a decent finish for the rustic look and overlapping effect I wanted, and at a fraction of the price! I've ordered extra rolls to make sure I don't run out mid-project either. My advice: peel off the backing a bit as you go and smooth the paper against the wall with a dry cloth to squeeze out any bubbles. If it's not lined up correctly it peels off easily and can be reapplied, so it wasn't just a one-off application. I hope this helps anyone who is struggling with application issues.
