These lights are NOT purple when you first turn them on - try them out!
These bulbs are not purple at all, they are cool white or light blue at best WHEN YOU FIRST PLUG IN THEM. I'm so happy I gave them a chance. Due to a shortage I couldn't find any Halloween decoration lights anywhere so I hung them even though they looked white. So happy I did! When I finished installing them on my porch, they were purple. I know it doesn't make sense, but I swear it happened. I love lights!
